I would love for you to truly receive whatever you are given from life right now as we enter this Festive Season.
Remember that you give to others and yourselves when you receive. So take a few moments the next time you are given a compliment, a present or a hug to really receive it. Take a few deep breathes and allow that feeling to permeate every cell in your body – it really only takes a moment or two.
You will have such gratitude inside when you do this. Yes, I know this is also a very busy time – chaotic for most – and you can allow yourself to receive. It is such a simple act and yet, in the busyness of life at the moment, so easy to forget.
If you are stressed or anxious at the moment then I suggest you breathe in deeply and smile and then carry on as the deep breath in will help calm and relax you. Or if you want to, you can simply scream and shout, beat the hell out of making the bed and then carry on instead. Or pull the duvet over your head and have a sleep. Or make a list of actions, do them and tick them off.
These are only some suggestions from me. I know you will have your own. So whatever works for you, do it. Make it your choice.
As the saying goes – Chill. Enjoy whatever you are doing and remember to receive gracefully.
