Well, it looks like we’re coming to the end of the Summer holidays – at least for most of us. Will you be breathing a sigh of relief or be sad? Either way, you can allow yourself a little space to reflect on you and any changes you would like to bring in post-Summer.
One of three things I would like for you is that you listen to your dreams because these are the whispers of your soul. They are crying out to be heard. Are you willing to make that time to stop and listen? You may be surprised at what you hear. Then, are you willing to act on those dreams?
There are always good messages in our dreams – sometimes they are so overwhelming, we’re unable to see that. We just need to listen or look a little bit harder or sit quietly and allow them to become clearer.
The second thing I would like for you is that you be less hard on yourself and let go of self-judgement and criticism. Simply tell yourself that “I’m doing the best I can today and that is enough” each time you allow your inner critic to beat yourself up.
The last thing I want to say is – don’t take life so seriously. Keep your sense of humour and hold life as lightly as you can. We, as human beings, do and say the funniest things and not always intentionally. So remember to smile – if only because it uses more muscles!
