O = OUTSTANDING
M = MATURITY
E = EXPERIENCE
If you don’t own that word (or your own particular one that describes you) then how is the world going to see you as AWESOME (or your own choice of word)?
Hide your light under a bushel
In my longevity in the psychological field, I have seen so many people ‘hide their light under a bushel’ for fear of being found out as being an Imposter, and then be ridiculed or ostracised by their community. This is the fear of being found wanting in some way BY OTHERS!
You see, I enable women to expand their self-awareness so that they can move forward and come from a place of integrity that knows their true value so they don’t have to fear being ‘found out’.
I support women to focus on their strengths and possibilities without them losing sight of their cutting edges as these can hold gifts for them too.
Be the highest expression of yourself
Having faced death, I am able to hold others’ pain without getting pulled in. I connect with you deeply in this transformational work whilst offering a safe place for your vulnerability to be allowed.
Having ’Been there, Done That, Got the ‘T’ Shirt’, I trust myself and my intuition as well as my abilities. I want to support you to face yourself with courage and compassion so that you can be the highest expression of yourself.
You see I KNOW that I am AWESOME because of where I have been and where I am now. And I want you to own whatever word you have chosen for yourself.

Hi Melanie, I really needed your feedback right now (tell you why another time) so I’m breathing it in again. I don’t know if it’s an ageing thing or not except the more I acknowledge to myself about my ‘imposter’ and all the other parts of me I’d prefer the world didn’t see, then the more comfortable I am in myself. Somewhere you know you are good enough because you know when you’re pretending!!! Rather a long reply – I guess it’s because you are beautiful within and without so that’s all for today!!!!!!!!!!!
