Sometimes life can be overwhelming with all that is happening in our personal world as well as the bigger world (or at least for me at the moment).
Before I got pulled down, confused, and upset, today, I came across one of ‘Timeline Photos’ and the words are so simple so here it is –
One
One tree can start a forest;
One smile can begin a friendship;
One hand can lift a soul;
One word can wipe out darkness;
One laugh can conquer gloom;
One hope can raise our spirits;
One touch can show you care;
One life can make a difference;
Be that one today.
I trust you like it.
I have a choice to pick one of the lines or choose the whole poem and I am choosing to be that one for today.
I am really touched with the simplicity of each line, so let the reminder of how we can create something simple – not complicated – be in our hearts.
Don’t try so hard!
