“There is no passion to be found in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living” – Nelson Mandela
For me, the words of Nelson Mandela ring so true. This is what I have been saying in a different form within my work for over 30 years. I want to support you to see your bigger picture and work out how and what you are capable of expressing in ways that will enhance not only your own life but contribute to the good of the world. That way it becomes a win-win situation for us all. It is time to look at life again with wonder, curiosity and awe!
As you know, my 2nd book is called, ‘I Don’t Care – Divine Indifference’. What I am saying within it is that instead of worrying what others think – focus on how you can celebrate being you in the world and not apologising for being you.
If you are trying to be accepted, to be known, to do the kind of work that makes a difference and nothing seems to work, try this = stop caring so much. You will then become more comfortable in your own shoes and start loving yourself. I want to emphasise (what you might be paying lip service to) that some will like you and some won’t. It is a truth and is as simple as that!
Yes, care but about the things that make a difference not the drivel that can fill up your life.
Your legacy is about taking risks and being brave and not about people liking you!!! So go for it.

By the way, for me, Divine Indifference is about being fearless, to risk rejection and be true to yourself. It’s not about not caring.
